Although very clean & quiet, we found our room to be small, dark & with very limited storage for a 6 night stay. There is a tiny wardrobe mainly filled with a cabinet for the safe, no sets of drawers. We had to leave clothes in packing cubes. The breakfast is ok - buffet style, perfectly acceptable. There is no bar and just a small public space around the lobby to sit. In all, the service is good, it is fine for business trips, but not for leisure! When we return we’ll stay elsewhere.

我們都已經大包小包的快到酒店了，卻因為他們服務不好而另換住處。台灣人的臉簡直丟了，對外來/外國顧客極為不友善。（他們已經接單在發出確認函之後，以系統故障是由於顧客讓顧客加價補交額外的金額，浪費了顧客的時間和精力，但卻並沒有太多的愧疚。） We were almost at the hotel with our luggage when we were forced to change accommodation due to their terrible service. It's truly embarrassing for Taiwanese people, extremely unfriendly to non-local/foreign customers. They accepted orders and sent confirmation letters, but then, citing system malfunctions, demanded additional payments, wasting customers' time and energy without much remorse.

Great location, clean and new rooms! The predominantly local breakfast was decent. Do check out the counter where you can ask for freshly prepared eggs (eg. sunny side-ups). To my knowledge, this service is not common amongst 3/4 star hotels I had stayed at in Taiwan. Hotel lobby, although small, is cosy and useful for pre check-in and post checkout waits. The room lights (intensity) can be adjusted using the console at the bedside table but overall the room can be quite dim. The room and bathroom ceiling also appear to be quite low, especially for taller guests. Some may therefore find the room claustrophobic for longer-term stays. Lift lobby at each floor can be quite stuffy due perhaps to lack of air-conditioning. We also wish the hotel staff can be quicker to help with our luggages when we had checked in and out. No one helped us when we had moved our luggage to the taxi waiting outside. Overall, the hotel is still a pleasant stay!

I stayed for business one night. Check-in fast and professional. Very kind and supportive. Nice and renovated facility in a very nice and central location. Room overall ok. Breakfast, good quantity, quality can be improved. Good stay, average level, very good price with breakfast

I would say it was 3+ rather than 4-. The biggest problem for me was the size of the room vs the price I paid. It was fully booked though, but I don't think I will be staying there next time I am in Taipei. No offense, the staff was friendly and quite professional and location is very good, but I need more comfort.
